Resend an activation email

If you have created an account on Jitt, you'll be required to verify your email (account) by clicking on a link that will be sent to the email provided.

If you haven't received your account activation yet, please try the following in order to troubleshoot your situation.

  • On your first initial try, please allows up to 15 minutes before resending your account activation (to avoid a large queue to your mailbox).
  • If after the 15 minutes, you haven't received anything, please proceed with the resend account activation here.

  • Even after that, you waited and tried to resend your activation email, you can contact support for assistance.
