There's a few things that could prevent your website to send data to Jitt.

Make sure the tracking code has been installed properly.

Verify if you're within the allowed allowance per month.

If you reached your monthly allowance, we will stop tracking data from your website trafic until you upgrade the account type or wait for the new cycle to start.

User Control DNT (Do not track).

You user might have opt-out or has instructed their browser to ask for a DNT (Do Not Track).
