To add a branded domain(s) into your account, please follow these detailed steps:

  • 1. Begin by creating the necessary DNS records for the desired domain that you intend to set up within your account. It's important to note that a single domain can be added to one account at a time.

 

  • 2. Establish an 'A' record that directs the root of your domain (@) to the IP address 172.105.27.200. Be patient as DNS propagation can take anywhere from a few minutes to as long as 72 hours, depending on your domain registrar or name server provider.

 

  • 3. For added security, we recommend, although it's optional, that you consider using CloudFlare's Free plan before proceeding to the next step. This not only enhances protection but also provides a reliable DNS server and more.

 

  • 4. To monitor the progress of DNS propagation, you can use the website https://www.whatsmydns.net/ and enter your branded domain name. Ensure that the IP (172.105.27.200) is displayed in most or all locations. If you are using CloudFlare, please be aware that it might not display the correct IP. In such a case, we recommend waiting for at least an hour before moving on to the next step.

 

  • 5. Now, navigate to your Account Dashboard. On the sidebar, click on 'Branded Domains,' and proceed to add a new domain. Enter the branded domain name, including 'https://,' and leave the other two fields (optional).

 

  • 6. After adding your domain, our system will initiate the process of provisioning the custom branded domains for your account. Essentially, this involves issuing an SSL certificate for your branded domain and completing its setup.

 

  • 7. This provisioning process can take anywhere from a few hours to a maximum of 24 hours. Once it is finalized, you will receive an email notification confirming the completion of your domain setup. If you are utilizing CloudFlare and have activated the Universal Free SSL, your domain may become instantly usable.

In the rare event that your branded domain remains in the 'Pending DNS/SSL Provisioning' status after 24 hours, kindly reach out to us for further assistance.
