Most of our platform features are included in all the plans. The only thing that will affect the price is the amount of pageviews you will buy for your monthly quota and the support level. The more you need, the more you'll pay per month.
Starting from the date of the purchase until 7 calendar days, if you are not satified you can request a refund. No questions asked!
We use industry standard technology to process payments. All credit cards information are encrypted and nothing is stored on our servers. Jitt use industry leader in payments solutions Stripe to process credit cards.
In simple terms, it's the amount of website that you can add on one single same account.
Each plan provides an allotment for a specific number of Website Profile. When adding a website profile it counts against your non-renewable allotment (Website Profile). All monthly quota are not shared between Website Profile since they have their own quota for itself.
If you have purchase a plan that offer two Website Profile for 200K Pageviews per month, then it mean that each websites will have 200K Pageviews limit per month.
The feature will continue to work until you reach your allowance of pageviews per month. This is based from the plan that you have choosed. Once reached, you'll need to upgrade your account to gather more pageviews.
For eligible plans, our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is 99,95% per each six months within a calendar year.
If we are going below this uptime within six months, you are entitled to a credit against your next billing cycle. You must submit a request in order to receive credits. As per our Terms and Conditions, we will calculate credit as per our calculation method. You have up to 14 calendar days starting the incident to requests credits.
The credits will only take in effect into your next billing cycle and the amount isn't exchangable for money.
