  • Training is currently limited to three seats per company. Additional seats may be available at an additional cost depending on availability. Please contact your account manager for more information about pricing and availability.
  • Enterprise support SLA allows eligible customers to receive a response time within 1 hours for critical operations level ticket and 2-4 hours for other request type during regular business hours (9AM to 9PM EST - Canada & USA).
  • Preferred pricing and volume discount may changed at anytime and will apply on renewal terms with notice sent prior contract renewal, if applicable.
